Glad to hear you figured out what was going on.
From a code perspective, there aren't english/japanese versions of
Missing Sync. There is just one version version which loads different
strings based on user preferences.
It would seem to me that the best thing is actually for the fonix
voicedial folks to stop storing anything in field 0x4011001f which is
used by Microsoft for Yomi Last Name. I'll drop them a note, and maybe
their be able to make that change.
That said, I've logged this issue in our bug tracking system, and I
think we should be able to work around it in our next release. As soon
as you see the next public beta, please download it and let us know
either way what the status of the issue is.
