[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Pocket excel format conversion

 From within Pocket Excel on the handheld tap Tools > Save Workbook As...

Change the type to "Excel 97/2000 Workbook" and tap OK. Now you can 
copy this file to your Mac when you have the device mounted with 
Missing Sync. That file will now open in Excel on your Mac.
