[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] New version 1.03 - v.19??

I uninstalled TMS and installed the version that was downloaded from 
the Resent codes page. But checking the "about" window shows this to be 
the same build as 1.03b1, 1.03 v.19...

So is the beta now the release? :(
