[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Still fighting ActiveSync

TIP: Do not run the Missing Sync and VPC at the same time. I always 
click on the VPC window to make sure it is the active application and 
then insert my iPaq. Seems to work well. If I'm at the finder or some 
other app and insert the device Missing Sync launches.
