[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] registration not requested...!

Hello everybody!
I have a problem with the installation of Missing Sync for Pocket PC.
When I launch the program, the main window (as far as I can see, the 
only one!) appears but does not react to any of the input.
The problem is that I wasn't asked for any registration code, be it 
temporary or final.
Perhaps the application "thinks" that this is not the first time it's 
been run... so is there any file I should edit or delete?
