[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] upgrade to 1.0.3--doesn't work

Every previous time that I've upgraded MS I've had to uninstall it 
first in order to get it to run. I tried just upgrading this time but  
that didn't work, so I tried doing the uninstall, then installing MS 
1.0.3. Didn't work, but I notice that it hasn't asked me for my 
registration info like it usually does when I've upgraded. I've tried 
zapping the PRAM, uninstalling and reinstalling all over again, but it 
doesn't seem to help. Are there hidden files that the "Uninstall" 
program does not remove? If I remove these will I then be able to 
reinstall MS, enter my registration info, and then it'll work?
