[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Cab files

Could it be that the .cab file was bad or didn't have the right app for  
your handheld's processor. Try downloading a .cab file from Handango's  
over the air site. For example this checker program downloadable at  
<http://mobile.handango.com/ppc/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?
