[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Re: ical all-day events shifting 1 day

Well, I thought I had said this, but I am using 1.03b1 (v19), and 
that's the same version on the testing page. I've also tried resetting 
all devices multiple times, with the same result... so somehow I guess 
it doesn't fix whatever problem is causing this. :(
