[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Syncing with iCal

simple question (didn't see this in any of the archives).

Does missing-sync sync appointment status between the PocketPC and iCal?
ie If I schedule an appointment on my PPC and set the status field to "none"
will it set the appropriate field in iCal to "none" or does it automatically
set it to "busy". Is this the same for "tentative" and "busy"? If I set the
appointment on my PPC to be "busy" or "tentative" will missing sync, set the
appointment in iCal appropriately during synchronisation?

Conversely in iCal if I set the appointment status to "none", "tentative" or
"confirmed" is this info transferred to the PocketPC appointment during
sync?

I am using another product ;-), and found that this does not occur. All
appointments transferred from iCal to the PPC are set to "busy" on the PPC,
and all appointments transferred from the PPC to iCal are set as "none".
I find this really annoying!

If you can advise, would be appreciated. I am looking at changing over
