Run Apple System Profiler. Send the USB vendor ID and product ID to
support at markspace.com, we can then confirm if

a) we know it works
b) we know it doesn't work
c) it may work, and we'd ask for further info.

If a device is on the list, that means we confirmed that it is supported
(regardless of OS/version).
