If you have not already done so, please email support at markspace.com 
with these details (I don't see any emails in our database from 
sanfranbatman at comcast.net as of yet).

When you say you can mount the Pocket PC on the desktop, however the 
Owner name, Device name and Device type is blank, is the device really 
mounted, or are you just seeing the Missing Sync window?

The log suggests that you might have a firewall active. You need to 
disable the software firewall, or open port 5679 and then try to 
connect.
