[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] THE MISSING PC IS NOT WORKING!!! Included View Log

I purchased the missing sync for my Samsung SPH-170,

I cannot connect. I get  "missing sever information or user credentials"  on
my Samsung screen.

The pocket pc does mount on my desktop...However, the Owner name, Device
name, and Device type is blank.

I also get this message on my Mac "Saturday, February 14, 2004 3:06 PM Can't
synchronize calendars and To Do items to Pocket_PC: device is not available"
 
I also get an error code of DEV_9 on my Samsung screen

Please reply immediately or phone me @ 916 212-2022
