Their standard answer will be to trash the contents of
- /Library/Application Support/SyncService
   this folder contains all iSync settings and clearing it will
   remove all conduits, forcing you to conpletely re-initialize iSync
- ~/Library/Application Support/SyncService
   this folder contains the state of the last sync and the data of
   the backup conduit

But maybe it will be enough to remove the Pocket PC conduit using the 
iSync interface and add the Pocket PC again. This will save you from 
re-initializing possible other devices. After removing the folders you 
should at least log off, a restart would be even more save.

Please be aware of the fact that you might end up with duplicate 
calendar entries and that you might have a lot of conflicts to be 
solved. So take your time to do this.
