i've sent this to MarkSpace, but since it's now the weekend, I thought
I'd see if the list had any suggestions.
name: Jeffrey C. Long
email2: jeffreyclong at donobi.net
brand: Compaq
model: iPaq 3765
os: Pocket PC 2003 version 3.0.11171 (Build 11178)
missingsync: 1.04
macos: 10.3.6
isync: 1.5
addressbook: 3.1.2
ical: 1.5.4
problem: I have not used iSync in quite some time. But Missing Sync has
been very faithful at connecting to my computer and allowing me to
connect to iTunes, my mail server, install files, and use PocketRSS.
Today I tried to use iSync and it gave me an error message that the
PocketPC was unavailable so no changes were made to the PocketPC. And
it is not making any changes in my iCal calendar. I haven't checked the
Address Book, but I assume it has not been changed either. The process
of syncing is going much faster then it was when I did it last a long
time ago.
steps: 1. Put PocketPC in cradle, automatically launching Missing Sync
2. Launch iSync. 3. Click Sync now 4. After going through the iSync
process, I get the error message.
