[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Better Virtual PC Support

It would be great if there was an option to turn off the connection 
feature in MissingSync so that VirtualPC would grab the port on the 
first try. I have a heck of a time getting VPC/ActiveSync to connect to 
my iPaq - Even with MissingSync not running it seems to see the 
connection first and overtake VPC.
