Another thing to try is to open up the MissingSyncUI app's package and 
in Contents/SharedSupport, there is a file called missingsync.dll. 
Rename it or remove it and try again. If that helps, please let us know 
what OS version your device is running. Does the problem only happen 
with mounting if you don't do a sync? Did you choose Sync My Documents 
or some other command? (I don't think we have a plain sync on the menu.)

We changed the way the initial connection works so that you can now 
connect after logging in and logging out. You can simply turn off the 
unit and turn it back on.
