Can you tell me what crashes? Is it the user interface application? Did 
you try to do a backup? When you tried to sync, is this with iSync? I'd 
recommend turning on verbose logging and then send the log to 
support at markspace.com so that they can investigate and if there is a 
defect, it can be entered into our defect tracking system.
