[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Birthday from Address.app not syncing to PPC

I don't think iCal needs to handle it -- the field is in the Address 
Book on the Mac and in the Contacts database on the PPC, so it should 
map over (not necessarily create an event).

There are other similar fields, too, that need the same treatment.
