I'm not sure if this is going to unlock it for RAPI calls which is what  
we need. Security Policy 4097 needs to be set to 1 if you know how to  
do this. While 1.0.2b1 has a bug in it that prevents the SPV from  
syncing, the next beta will have this corrected.
