[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Syncing with the Windows world

I use a Windows system (Outlook XP) at work and use my Mac PowerBook 
(iCal) at home.  I know this is not supported by MarkSpace but I try to 
sync my PocketPC with both systems.  The results have not been good.  
Duplicate events show up in iCal and many of the properties in Outlook 
events get trashed.  Let me repeat, I know this is not supported.

I have two questions:
1)  When WILL synchronization with Outlook be supported?
2)  Has anyone found a suitable work-around for this type of situation?
