[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Bluetooth Update for Panther

It, in fact, makes my problems worse. Whereas before I could sync from 
time to time and at least get connected, now I can't even do that. I 
just get repeated errors in the log. Something about a port in use. 
I've submitted a support email. Hopefully they'll do something other 
than "we can't reproduce your problem" like they did with the BTToTTY 
issue.
