[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Communication with Markspace

How hard is it to forward on to tech support the email message which
you sent to the discussion list? Or better yet, email both the list
and tech support at the same time? This isn't longhand.

I'm not flaming here, but over the last however many months I've been
reading this list, the issue of "why should I have to send my bug to
tech support AND the discussion list" has popped up numerous times, and
I'm just puzzled about the perception of this as being a stumbling
block to communication / customer support. Am I missing something? (I
must confess, I've never filed a bug report, so I'm a little ignorant
of the process. TMS:PPC has always worked fine for me.)

I suspect that, as far as the actual reasoning behind this on
Mark/Space's part, Mr. Charlesworth nailed it on the head in his reply
to this message.

My $.02
