[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Communication with Markspace

These are fairly typical concerns, and the answers are quite simple if they bear any resemblance to system administration: 

My understanding of discussion lists is that  people help each other and share ideas rather than ask specific tech support questions from tech support. This is the case with the Apple Lists. It just happens that Mark5pace tech support hang out on the site to keep an  eye on  the discussion.  

Tech support addresses are just for Communicating with tech Support  One of the primary  reasons that tech support requires a separate email address is that  they often use a special program for tracking  and catologing incidents. We even have this in our chemistry department  so that  sysadmin can keep track of the incident requests and answer them in order. It  also allows us to  track the progress and pass incidents on to the engineers.

Now that Markspace is growing and getting more questions, it is essential they can  separate "real" probems that engineers should be aware of', from problems that- result from user inexperience. For this to work, the real requests also  need to be separated from general discussion and whining. Which is why there are two lists.
