[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Syncing with Outlook (on PC)

Can anyone describe what is happening when I try to sync between my PDA 
(sync'd with MS and my Mac) and then later sync with my Windows PC and 
it errors out? I know this was mentioned as an issue as far back as 
version 1, but I have not seen (or found) any discussion of why this 
happens, how to fix it, ways to work around it etc. Is this something 
Mark Space is looking into? How soon do they expect it to be fixed? 
Will this also fix the synchronizing of categories?
