I don't think this is one of the devices on the supported device list. 
We may be able to help you get it connected. Follow the instructions 
below and send the device Vendor and Product ID's to 
support at markspace.com.

 From the Missing Sync for Pocket PC FAQ page:

My device is not on the list of supported devices. Will it work?
If the device runs Pocket PC 2002 or later, chances are it will. If 
not, the most likely reason is that we do not have that devices USB 
Vendor ID and Product ID in the software yet. You can provide us that 
information by running Apple System Profiler with device attached - it 
will show up on the USB bus list in Apple System Profiler. After you 
send us that information, we can add it to the list of IDs built in to 
the software during the next update.
