[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Category Translation

The PPC only has "global" categories, i.e., the same categories are
used for calendar, address book, documents, etc. This is a limitation
of Pocket Windows. (It's either a bug or a feature, your call :-)

The Mac does not have categories per se. It has multiple calendars
(which could be used like categories) and it has address book groups
(which could be used like categories). But no categories. This is a
limitation of OS X. (This appears to be deliberate, because earlier
versions did have categories. Not sure why they took them away.)

Anyway, given these (differing) limitations, it's not clear not to map
one to the other.

Personally, I'd be happy with a "working solution" in which address
book groups AND calendar names were mapped to PPC categories. For
example, an address book group called A might map to a category called
group_A on the PPC, and a calendar called B might map to cal_B on the
PPC. (Or some such naming convention.)

Or we could all write to Microsoft and tell them to disengage
categories from different applications, and/or to Apple to tell them to
introduce the notion of categories to OS X. No bets on which one is
likely to be more responsive :-)
