I have an additional suggestion: Why not put all the FAQs in the same place, on
the Missing Sync for Pocket PC web site? When I filled the Missing Sync for
Pocket PC survey, I asked questions (not answered on the site) that were
answered in the FAQ I received after filling the survey. When I joined the
mailing list, I received another FAQ, answering a different set of questions.
