The software itself should not care what language the device is using as
it's primary language (with the exception of double-byte languages such as
Japanese and Chinese, for which we are still working on).

For the CLIE version, we localized the product to Japanese, French and
German. Meaning the software, manuals, installer and product packaging were
all in those languages, and available from resellers in those countries.
Those are the languages we would likely do (in roughly that order) for this
product as well, at a later date.
