And the power users, who can program computers, know that such things are not
done by magic and require a significant amount of work. They are therefore glad
that the initial release of The Missing Sync will not be further delayed by some
Entourage support they don't need.

Moreover, I reckon the people at Mark/Space did get the message that some future
users (or even thousands, it won't make a difference now) would have liked
Entourage support in 1.0. However, they already took a decision about it and no
post on this list is likely to change it. So could we please increase SNR a bit
and talk about innovative features instead?
