Not sure if it's possible to get a currently shipping model that runs
PocketPC2000 and/or WinCE3.0.

I picked up my 3760 iPaq model off of ebay. Although, not as convienent, it
may be the only way of getting your hands on one. Compaq may also offer
refurbished models off their website.
