Well, good information all around.  Thanks everyone.  I think I'm convinced
to upgrade, but I think I'll wait for Panther as well.

Can't believe that anyone wouldn't want  to use OSX 10.2 or higher!

There are lots of improvements across the boards. Each update gets better
and better, faster and more stable. Maybe you're not interested in some of
the other enhancements but trust me you won't regret getting Jaquar....

I'm running OSX 10.2.6 now and have gone through all the updates with no
problems either on my old beigeG3(w/G4) or my Gigabit Ethernet G4 Mac.

Anyway, just my 2¢....
