Make sure you check the checkbox that says store password in keychain.

Also, please make sure that you report all issues to 
support at markspace.com so that they can reproduce the issue and enter it 
into our bug tracking system. While the developers do read this list 
and try to respond, the only official bug reporting method is to go 
through support.
