[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] cab installer only installs to main memory (b4)

In the release notes, I seem to remember something about how the cab 
installer will ask you which location you want to install, but it 
doesn't. I've tried with 4 seperate cabs, and they all went to main 
memory.

I'm reporting this bug in the hopes that one of the developers will see 
it. Problems and questions tend to get ignored - so hopefully the right 
person will see it.
