Anyway the hogging of the CPU does not appear to happen everytime I disconnect the BT adaptor - sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. I have yet to be able to repeat this consistantly, I've tried most combinations (turn off MS, turn off BT at MAc and PocketPC, physically disconnecting BT adaptor) and it does not always happen - the only thing I did note is that it happens more when I am at home and have an active Airport connection to the internet.
