We've posted a new version of the Missing Sync Pocket PC SDK to our

Change Notes:
Added support for CeCreateDatabase, CeCreateDatabaseEx, 
CeDeleteDatabaseEx, CeEnumDBVolumes, CeGetFileAttributes, 
CeGetFileTime, CeGetSystemPowerStatusEx, CeOidGetInfo, 
CeRapiStreamWrite, CeSeekDatabase, CeSetDatabaseInfo, 
CeSetDatabaseInfoEx and supporting types and constants.
