We are working on correcting this issue and adopting the naming  
convention to include the version number. However, before we do that,  
we have to make sure that it doesn't break other systems already in  
place. The only reason I mentioned the readmes is that we added  
Spanish and Italian localizations to this which added 2 more readmes  
and is a real quick way to determine the version.
