[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Problems with timezones

Since 5.1.1 (I think) I have noticed that many of my events are  
showing up in the Havana timezone ... I do not have timezone support  
turned on in iCal but I do have New events use time zones in my Palm  
calendar options. But I have never seen this before ... it looks like  
this is happening to events after daylight savings time stops. Is  
this expected behaviour? I am in EDT at present.
