[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Missing Sync 5.1.1 Update Missing

Just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I downloaded the update using the  
link you provided and got 5.1.1 (you can tell in the disc image as  
there are 6 readmes; in 5.1.0 there are 4).

My suspicion is that your ISP is running a transparent proxy and has  
the file cached on their network.
