Are you using a web accelerator such as SpeedDownload? If so, turn it  
off. Alternatively, goto: <http://www.markspace.com/resend- 
codes.php>, enter your email address and a download link will be sent  
to you. this is a unique link, so it shouldn't be cached or  
intercepted by your web accelerator.
