Scott -- how do you know that Clie users don't use their device for email?

That comment of yours to file a bug report with Snappermail was also
strange.

I think those two arguments are actually hiding the truth : you don't like
to work for Clie users anymore. Your product does as of the current version
even consider LifeDrive users as silly since they attempt to write email on
those devices (ever heard about Graffiti?).

Changing your product name to MissingSync for Treo would spare you lot's of
time - and would be more honest.
