[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Email Category Question

So I guess my question would be, after going through several hundred
email address in Address Book and deleting the "Email" category
duplicates, should I continue with that and just do an sync -
overwriting my Treo.
Or should I go back through my Address Book and JUST use the Email
category for all email accounts?
