We've had other users contact SnapperFish (authors of SnapperMail)
about this issue. On Sept 20, 2005, a user wrote to me:
"I told you that I would check with the SnapperMail folks to see
about them changing the way their program looks up email addresses, I
recall telling you they were "great, really responsive..."
Well, as it turns out, they are stubborn, and defensive. They
qualitatively dismissed any of my requests, and they weren't overly
kind about it."
Your milage may vary, but it is definitely worth a contact to them to
let them know their way isn't the best.
