[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Fwd: [Mark/Space Support #691626]: Mark/Space Contacts Missing Sync for Palm OS Support Request

I just spoke to Palm technical support about this label issue and its
affect on the Treo. Labels should be home/work for telephone numbers
and they will display in the callers list and a person can make a
call. The label E-mail should be used for E-mail addresses and it
won't appear in the caller's list. The label other is for other types
of phone #'s or E-mail addresses. Based on this, the Missing Sync
conduit should be recoded to send E-mail addresses from addressbook
labeled E-mail to the Palm as E-mail. This will not affect the Treo
in any fashion. However it will create consistency between syncing
from the Addressbook to the Palm and the Palm to the Addressbook so
all E-mail address's are labeled correctly as label E-mail. I gather,
from users input, this is the way you did it.
