[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Restart MissingSync?

Anyone got any suggestions for this one? I had to cancel MS mid-sync 
today, and of course now it won't start sync-ing again until I reboot.

Perhaps someone from MS could outline the order (and UIDs) that programs 
start up in?
