been there done that...have tried selecting each of them in turn, selecting all of them...no difference.

what I can't do is overwrite the handheld- because of the separate Oracle Calendar setup. I could do it but would then have to overwrite from the Oracle server (data loss would be, er, catastrophic!). But I'll try that, it might work...
