I want to get my calendar from a Palm T3 into iCal on my PowerBook. (Missing
Sync 5.1, OSX 10.4.6) But the Alert below has me confused.
------
Sync Alert. Mark/Space Events would like to sync Calendars with iCal and
other applications. Calendars from iCal, iSync, Mark/Space Tasks, Entourage
and .Mac will be merged with calendars from Mark/Space Events.
__Delete all calendars from Mark/Space Events before syncing?
"Don't Allow" "Allow"
--------
What does it mean to delete all calendars from Mark/Space Events? Does that
mean the Palm? iCal? .Mac? Isn't Mark/Space Events just a conduit? The
"Don't Allow" and "Allow" buttons are separate from the "Delete all
calendars" check box. So what are the choices to be made? What is the
right answer that does NOT delete the Palm calendar yet allows a sync?
Also, How do I get rid of the above alert window without restarting the
computer? It has no close box
The log history showed this:
There was an error starting a synchronization session. This conduit has been
unregistered, and the next time you synchronize you will be prompted to
synchronize. If that does not happen, try restarting and synchronize again.
SyncClient error. Can't initialize sync session.
Please help.
