[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Alarms with no sounds

I have reported this problem before but been unable to create a test  
case ... until now.

If I create an event on my Tungsten T5 and then sync it, the event  
shows up in iCal with the default alarm sound (Basso). However, after  
I restart iCal the sound is None.

Can anyone suggest where the problem lies? ... is this a problem with  
sync services? or with iCal or with Missing Sync?
