I did not even know that one can attach alarms to ToDo items, so I  
tried it and I must report that it works like it is supposed to both  
ways and both alarms (one created on the MBP and one on the Treo)  
went off at specified times on both the Mac Book and on the Treo.

I am using MS 5.0.1 on MBP2.16, Mac OS 10.4.6 and Treo 650.
