Exactly.  Filtering on Subject headers is my least favorite method.

An Apple Mail rule could include:

	List-Id Contains missing-sync-palmos-talk.lists.markspace.com

Unfortunately that only works with rules since Mail still doesn't  
have general support for arbitrary message headers searches (e.g. in  
Smart Mailboxes).
