We are working as hard as possible on this product and other
products. I can't give you an estimate on when a fix will be
available (and even if a fix for your particular issue will be
included), but we are working on issues with the product. We can't
release versions with just one fix in them as there are many
components involved in a release, so we have a number of fixes
planned and every fix takes time.
We hope that you can bear with us and we will have a new release when
several issues have been addressed and it has been adequately tested.
Thanks for your understanding.
